Integration and operational takeover
Existing connections and installations are reviewed before a takeover. The edition, features in use and customisations determine what can be reproduced in the target system.

The introductory call covers your objective, existing setup and open questions. We then establish which assessment is needed.
Agree scope and quote
Deliverables, responsibilities, cost and schedule are agreed before commissioning. Additional project work is not automatically included in your hosting plan.
Implement, test and hand over
We implement the agreed scope, test the specified functionality with your team and document the handover to ongoing operations.
What needs to be clear before commissioning
Switching between ThingsBoard editions or moving from a cloud environment is not a guaranteed like-for-like transfer. Licensed features and custom extensions require review first. On-site hardware installation is not automatically included.
What to bring to the introductory call
Describe your device types, data sources, expected data volumes and required views. For an existing installation, include its edition, version and an overview of customisations.

Are dashboards included in the hosting price?
Custom dashboard development and integration work are agreed as a separate project. Your hosting plan covers ongoing operation of the instance you book.
Can you take over an existing installation?
We agree a suitable scope after reviewing its edition, configuration and extensions. We do not promise an unchanged transfer of every installation.
Can I connect my devices myself?
Yes. You can book managed hosting on its own and implement device connections, dashboards and application logic yourself or with another partner.
